1. Returns

We accept returns within 3 days of delivery, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
  • The item is in the same condition as when you received it (no scratches, dents, or damages).
  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used kitchenware or cookware
  • Opened food storage containers
  • Items sold under “Clearance” or “Final Sale”
  • Gift cards

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days through your original method of payment.

If your return is rejected (e.g., used or damaged items), we’ll contact you to arrange for pickup or reshipment at your cost.


4. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same product, contact us through WhatsApp or email within 3 days of delivery.


5. Shipping for Returns

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error or defect on our part.
  • If returning a high-value item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us.
